Fitness and wellbeing are our main focuses and our mission is to help you gain confidence, motivation and feel good about yourself again. We know what it’s like to have insecurities about our bodies and we can work with you either through our range of classes or bespoke personal training.
About Kiera

Qualified & experienced – Fully qualified Personal Trainer, Zumba Instructor, and Diet & Nutritional Advisor.

Academic background – BA Honours Degree in Dance.

5 Things you should know about me:

Lifelong dancer – started dancing at age 3, performed contemporary dance with a Youth Dance Company, and competed regionally and nationally before earning a degree in Dance.

Gymnastics background – competed at county level for 8 years and coached younger gymnasts.

University adventures – joined the Bristol University Army Officer Training Corps, experiencing helicopter flights, combat manoeuvres, and training in all terrains.

Love for adventure – passionate about travelling, exploring new places, hiking, and skiing, always followed by great food.

Guilty pleasure – a big fan of 80s music, especially ABBA!

Mission:FIIT’s aim is to help individuals of all ages, gain confidence, motivation and improve fitness levels
I aim to support as many people as possible through charity. When I can't help directly, I donate proceeds from my classes and activities to various causes.

June 2020: Walked, cycled, or ran 500km in 30 days, raising £550 for Trekstock, supporting young adults with cancer.

September 2021: Hosted a Charity Zumbathon, raising £650 for the Brain Tumour Charity, which funds research and awareness.

March 2022: Co-hosted a charity football match and bake sale, raising £1400 for the Brain Tumour Charity.

November 2022: Trekked 100km in the Sahara Desert over 5 days, raising £5110 for the Brain Tumour Charity
-
September 2023: Hosted a Charity Zumbathon and abseiled St Thomas' Hospital, raising £350 for Guy's Cancer Charity, enhancing cancer research.

May 2024: Skydived with my dad from 15,000 feet, raising nearly £1000 for Macmillan Cancer Support, aiding those with cancer.
